Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery        

    1. The delivery service takes about 3-4 weeks, depending on the status of the goods, the region and the logistics arrangement

    2. The delivery time is from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays), from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, the service time will vary according to different regions, and the delivery date and time cannot be specified

    3. In the event of bad weather, severe flooding, road blockage or closure, or other force majeure events on the day of delivery, the delivery service may be delayed or suspended, and Furniture Station will contact the customer to make further arrangements

    4. Delivery charges to Ma Wan and Discovery Bay are HK$150 and HK$550 respectively

    5. Areas where delivery services cannot be provided include: restricted areas, road sections that cannot be entered by trucks of 5.5 tons or more, exhibition venues, hotels, houseboats/boats, sites, where goods must be hung into the house through the balcony or where the site environment does not allow delivery of the purchased goods Place. If the goods need to be delivered to the passenger terminal, container terminal, or airport, the customer must bear the additional shipping costs and arrange sea and air transportation and cargo loading and unloading matters by themselves

    6. Customers need to provide the size of the residential gate and elevator door to the company. Otherwise, after the product specifications are confirmed, if the goods cannot enter the house due to the limitation of the customer's residential area, Furniture Station will not be responsible. Furniture Station reserves the right to charge 50% of the customer's minimum order amount as an additional administrative fee

    7. If there is no lift at the delivery location or the goods must be delivered by stairs, the customer must pay the handling fee for each item and each floor

    8. If the transporter is required to assist in the disposal of furniture, the transporter will charge a disposal fee per piece. The origin of discarded furniture must be the same as the location of the delivery service. Once all old furniture is collected, it will not be returned

    9. If there is no one at the delivery address on the day of delivery, the delivery fee will not be refunded. If you need to arrange delivery again, Furniture Station will charge the delivery fee again

    10. If there is any change or cancellation of the delivery date, please call Furniture Station at least two working days before the delivery date to make relevant arrangements, and get the company's confirmation, otherwise an additional service fee will be charged

    11. During the delivery period, the customer should check and receive the goods on the spot until the transporter complete the delivery and furniture assembly. Furniture Station encourages customers to reserve sufficient space (including door positions and corridor passages, etc.) before the transporter arrive at the address to facilitate the smooth handling of the transporter. Furniture Station will not be responsible for any problems of interior decoration or furniture bumping caused by address space or environmental problems

    12. Install wall cabinets/wall cabinets, if any wires/pipes are drilled through the wall, Furniture Station will not be responsible for any compensation and repairs

    13. When the customer receives the goods, please check whether all accessories, glass (if any), etc. are complete. After the goods are accepted by the customer, they must sign on the delivery note for verification. Furniture Station will not be responsible for subsequent repairs or replacements

    14. For the goods that are not expected to be delivered by Furniture Station, the company's maximum liability is limited to refunding the amount paid by the customer
